Giant condom overlooks Buenos Aires

A GIANT pink condom was placed over Buenos Aires' most famous landmark, the obelisk, to mark World AIDS Day.

City officials used cranes to unfurl shiny pink cloth over the stone obelisk in a campaign promoting condom use to prevent infection with HIV, which causes AIDS.

"It seemed like we could have the biggest impact by putting a condom on the most important symbol of the city," said Sandra Castillo, an organiser of the campaign.

I'd need a side by side layout of that picture and a picture of the Washington Monument with no condom. The captions need work, but something like "Effective AIDS Prevention" and "Abstinence Only AIDS Prevention"
