My pitiful attempts at satire yesterday were in vain. What Shrub actually says is so desperately stupid, so utterly estranged from reality, that parody is simply not possible.
This morning, about 7:05 am Eastern time, George Bush was interviewed by Diane Sawyers on ABC's Good Morning America. This is what he said:
"I don't think anyone anticipated the breach of the levees."
