Nearly a year after Congress demanded action, the Pentagon has still failed to figure out a way to reimburse soldiers for body armor and equipment they purchased to better protect themselves while serving in Iraq.

Maybe we're looking at the wrong group when assessing the ambient stupidity in the US of A.
After all, since 9/11/2001 who has so far received just about everything they've wanted? Hmm?
Meanwhile, 280 million folks are too busy to get off their butts and complain in person about the situation.
