Customs officials, cops and other authority figures are carefully trained never to touch anyone claiming diplomatic immunity. There had to be orders from higher up. Given Dubya's pathetic stupidity and petty character, it's a near certainty he ordered them to strike back at Chavez through his ambassador.

Hey Mr. BM, are you off working on something for Raw Story again? Or have things gotten so bad you needed a break?

Bush today said that some critics who think the Iraq War has worsened the threat of terrorism are naive and mistaken.

That makes us the "Naive and Mistaken Majority" which I think would be a great name for a blog or user community.

And he said this the same day he released the unclassified portion of the partially leaked report saying pretty much that the Iraq War has increased the threat of terrorism.

Time for Jazz Meme?
